JOM9 Terms & Conditions – Rules and Policies of Malaysia's Betting Platform

To register and use the jom9 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• At least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• Acting as an individual on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person or business entity
• Not prohibited by your local laws from participating in online gambling activities
• Not currently under a self-exclusion period from any gambling platform associated with jom9
• Registering with accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information
• Not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any jom9 employee

Jom9 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in the account being temporarily suspended until verification is complete. If verification confirms that a member is underage, all winnings will be voided and the balance returned in accordance with the established process.

Each individual is entitled to hold only one active account on jom9. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email address, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited and will be treated as fraud.

You are fully responsible for keeping your jom9 account login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. jom9 is not liable for any losses arising from account access by a third party to whom you have given or allowed access to your login details.

• Notify jom9 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Update your account information if any of your personal details change
• Use a strong password and never share it with anyone
• Log out of your account when using a shared device

All financial transactions on the jom9 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. jom9 does not accept or process payments in any foreign currency. The payment methods accepted by jom9 are as follows:

All payment methods used must be in the name of the registered jom9 account holder. jom9 does not accept payments from third-party accounts. If there is a name discrepancy between the jom9 account and the payment method, withdrawals may be held pending completion of identity verification.

Jom9 reserves the right to request supporting documents for verification purposes on any withdrawal exceeding RM 5,000, or where signs of unusual activity are present. Documents that may be requested include a national ID, bank statement, or proof of source of funds.

Jom9 offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward new and loyal members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on their respective promotions pages. The general terms applicable to all jom9 bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per person unless otherwise stated in the relevant bonus terms
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash
• Rollover requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal from a bonus balance can be processed
• Bonuses have a stated expiry date and will be automatically forfeited if the rollover is not completed within that period
• jom9 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if there is evidence of misuse or fraud
• The maximum bet amount while using bonus funds is set at RM 20 per round or wager, unless otherwise stated

Jom9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. However, such changes will not affect bonus claims that have already been confirmed and are currently undergoing a valid rollover.

All games offered on the jom9 platform — including slots, table games, Live Casino, and specialty games — use a random number generation (RNG) system that has been certified by an accredited independent body. Every game outcome is genuinely random and cannot be influenced by any party, including jom9 itself.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified by a member
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, jom9 will settle bets based on the data recorded in the system at the time the disruption occurred
• If a game is interrupted due to a connection failure on the member's end, any bets already placed remain valid and will be settled once the connection is restored
• The use of any automated software, bots, or third-party tools to play or manage bets on jom9 is strictly prohibited
• jom9 reserves the right to decline, suspend, or void any bet suspected of being placed through unauthorised means

Game records stored in the jom9 system are the official records and will be used as the reference in any dispute. Members can access these records via the "Game History" section of their account, and may share them with the jom9 support team as a reference in the event of a dispute.

Jom9's Sports Betting section covers markets across a wide range of sports and leagues, including the Malaysia Super League, EPL, Champions League, badminton, e-sports, and over 60 other international leagues. The specific terms for Sports Betting are as follows:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by a member unless the "Cash Out" option is available and activated by the member within the specified timeframe
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet, not the current odds at the time of settlement
• If a match is postponed before it begins, all bets placed on that match will be voided and stakes returned in full
• For matches that have started but have not been completed, the minimum play time rules set out under the "Sports Rules" section of the jom9 platform will apply
• jom9 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet that is deemed unusual or irregular at our sole discretion

• Fraud, bonus abuse, or activity that is detrimental to jom9 or other members
• Owning or controlling multiple accounts
• Use of unauthorised software, bots, or techniques that provide an unfair advantage
• Money laundering activities or suspicious financial transactions
• Self-exclusion request by the member

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact jom9's support team via live chat or email. Valid balances (not subject to any active bonus rollover requirements) will be returned to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days after the request is processed.

Jom9 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon being published on this page, unless a different effective date is specified.

Jom9 will endeavour to notify members of material changes via in-platform notifications or email. However, it remains the member's responsibility to review the latest Terms & Conditions. Continued use of the jom9 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent amendment. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the jom9 platform and contact the support team to close your account before the amendment takes effect.
